We want you to feel safe paying us. This policy explains exactly when you can get your money back. It complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
1. Changed your mind within 24 hours
If you ask within 24 hours of paying and you have not opened any study content, we give you a full refund, no questions asked.
2. You paid but couldn't get access (technical failure)
If your payment went through but you could not access the platform because something on our side failed, you choose:
- a full refund, or
- a 30-day extension of your access.
It's your choice.
3. The Pass Guarantee
We back our content. If you do the work and still fail the official test, we refund you in full. To qualify you must have:
- completed study in all 3 sections (Vehicle Controls, Road Signs, Rules of the Road);
- completed 5 full mock tests;
- used the platform for at least 7 days;
- then failed the official DLTC learner's licence test.
How to claim: send us a clear photo of your official DLTC result slip on WhatsApp (the name on the slip must match your account). We process approved Pass Guarantee refunds within 5 business days.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Ozow. Email info@efficientk53academy.co.za or message us on WhatsApp with your payment reference to start a refund.
5. Disputes
If you are unhappy with our response, you may escalate to the National Consumer Commission at thencc.gov.za.
